Winning Ideas Weekend is a unique opportunity for intergenerational sharing and learning in a fun and informal setting. This event brings together families, teachers, and students to explore the ideas that give rise to free and prosperous societies. There are sessions focused on subjects of interest to teens, games and activities for all ages, and presentations by entertaining, thought-provoking speakers. Students will gain hands-on experience in film making to create a short video. The weekend will culminate with the David and Annette Jorgensen Award for Excellence Banquet, honoring five teachers from around the country who have used our classroom materials in innovative ways and made a difference in the lives of their students.
